概要：
2025年7月19日（土）、京都大学において、本シンポジウムが開催された。本シンポジウムは、対面方式（京都大学会場）とオンライン方式を併用して実施された。

シンポジウムの内容
○Session 1： Digitalising Anti-Corruption: Opportunities and Risks
・登壇者： Fernanda Odilla (University of Bologna)
・概要：まず、Odilla氏が:“Digitalising Anti-Corruption: Global Trends and Challenges”と題したプレゼンテーションを行った。その後、このプレゼンテーションに関連して、David Sotola氏（大阪大学）と、Luis de Sousa氏 (ICS–ULisboa)も加わって、討論を行った。この討論の司会・コメントは、稲谷教授（京都大学）が行った。

○Session 2：Roundtable: Rethinking Integrity, Institutions, and Accountability
・登壇者： David Sotola (大阪大学)、Denisse Rodriguez Olivari（University of Glasgow）、Marcia Cristie Leite Vieira（京都大学）
・概要：まず、Sotola氏が、“Anti-Corruption Agencies: Institutional Design and Effectiveness”と題したプレゼンテーションを行った。つづいて、Olivari氏が、“Integrity Management Systems: Evidence from the BridgeGap project”と題したプレゼンテーションを行った。最後に、Viera氏が““Judicial Reflections on Criminal Organizations in Brazil”と題したプレゼンテーションを行った。各人のプレゼンテーションの後には、Joseph Pozsgai-Alvarez氏（大阪大学）がコメントを行った。全員のプレゼンテーション終了後には、Alvarez氏の司会のもと、登壇者全員で討論が行われた。

〇Session 3：Self-Regulation and the Political Ethics Dilemma
・登壇者：Luis de Sousa (ICS–ULisboa)
・概要：まず、de Sousa氏が、” Why political parties engage in party ethics self-regulation?
Principled and opportunistic motivations” と題したプレゼンテーションを行った。その後、このプレゼンテーションに関連して、Beatriz Aguedo氏（京都大学）、Denisse Rodriguez Olivari氏 (University of Glasgow)も加わって、討論を行った。この討論の司会・コメントは、Fernanda Odilla氏（University of Bologna）が行った。

〇Session 4：Reversals in Enforcement: Extraterritorial Limits and Global Trends
・登壇者：Lucio Picci (University of Bologna)
・概要：まず、Picci氏が、“Making Bribery Profitable Again? The Market Effects of Halting Extraterritorial Accountability for Overseas Bribery”と題したプレゼンテーションを行った。その後、このプレゼンテーションに関連して、深水大輔氏 (長島・大野・常松法律事務所)、Marcia Cristie Leite Vieira氏（京都大学）も加わって、討論を行った。この討論の司会・コメントは、稲谷教授（京都大学）が行った。
